Description
The Ultra Sensitivity RNA kit is used for the assessment of low-concentration RNA with as low as 2.5 pg/µL. Two separation methods are optimized for the analysis of total RNA and mRNA QC. Both sample types require quality control steps in NGS library preparation and gene expression analysis workflow.
ProSize data analysis software simplifies the RNA QC process by providing an RNA Quality Score (RQN) for total RNA and a percent ribosomal RNA contamination for mRNA samples. These quality metrics are automatically calculated by ProSize software allowing for objective analysis of samples during RNA QC.
